In 2017, the Council worked closely with local communities to develop the original masterplan, which has since supported new housing, public realm improvements along Feltham High Street and at Feltham Green, and community art projects that have helped transform the area.

The Council is now updating the masterplan to make sure it stays relevant — and wants to hear from people who live, work or study in Feltham.

Once finalised, the revised masterplan will set out a vision for the next phase of Feltham’s development, building on its connections, character, and strong community spirit. Local people are invited to view the draft masterplan and complete the survey either online or in person at Feltham Library, where an exhibition will run from 2 June to 11 July.

Cllr Tom Bruce, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Assets, Regeneration and Development, said:

Feltham is one of the most exciting growth areas in West London, and our ‘Future Feltham Growth Asks 2025’ set out the scale of our ambitions.

This refreshed masterplan means local people can help set the direction for Feltham for years to come, from better public spaces to new jobs, homes and facilities. I encourage everyone in the area to get involved and have their say.

The Council is also hosting a series of local drop-in sessions where local people can meet the engagement team, ask questions, and learn more about the proposals. Once confirmed, dates and times will be advertised on the Future Feltham webpage and at Feltham Library.

Paper copies of the survey will be available at Feltham Library from 2nd June and can be returned there once completed.
