This year the popular free event will be held at Redlees Park from 11am until 3pm. There will be stalls hosted by local health providers, fun family activities, a prize draw and more.

All residents are invited to Health in the Park, a FREE celebration of health, wellbeing, movement, and community in the heart of Hounslow.

Set in the lush green space of Redlees Park, the event invites you to relax, participate, and connect. Residents are encouraged to bring their picnic and enjoy their lunch in the park, while discovering fun and easy ways to support their health.
