Customer accounts

You must register for each of our accounts separately to access different services. In future, My Account will be combined with My Hounslow.

  • My HounslowRegister or sign in to request services, track ongoing requests and manage your account. You can access services such as Waste and Recycling, Blue Badges, Housing and more. You can also view information about your local area.
  • My AccountSign in to request information, or make a complaint or an Ombudsman enquiry.
  • Council Tax accountCheck your bills, payments and contact details, switch to paperless billing or upload supporting evidence.
  • Benefits accountMake a new claim, check an existing claim or upload documents.
  • Resident parking permit accountSign in, or register to apply for a resident parking permit.
  • Library accountSign in, or register to join, to reserve or renew items from Hounslow libraries.
  • Landlord accountAccess information about your tenant’s Housing Benefit claim, if payments are made directly to you.
