Infrastructure Funding Statement
The Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) includes the information as set out in Schedule 2 of the Community Infrastructure Levy regulations 2010 (as inserted by the 2019 regulations).
Hounslow’s IFS presents information about CIL, s106 and Carbon Offset funds. The report sets out the sources of developer contributions and details how these funds have been allocated and/or spent.

Infrastructure Delivery Plan
The IDP seeks to capture all the infrastructure provisions required to support the growth and objectives as set out in the Local Plan.
