Hosting an event or activity in the borough
There are many venues in the borough you can hire to host an event or activity – this could be for an event, performance, sports and fitness, or market. In the first instance, please contact the Events team via events@hounslow.gov.uk and we can guide you through the application process and inform you of any health and safety considerations that may need to be made. We can also let you know the availability of the site, or recommend an alternative if your first choice venue is not feasible.

The council’s Events team are dedicated to ensuring we deliver an exciting, accessible programme of events across the borough, for our residents. These events will be free to attend, and we will always endeavour to provide a variety of events to meet the needs of our diverse borough.
