Hosting an event or activity in the borough
There are many venues in the borough you can hire to host an event or activity – this could be for an event, performance, sports and fitness, or market. In the first instance, please contact the Events team via events@hounslow.gov.uk and we can guide you through the application process and inform you of any health and safety considerations that may need to be made. We can also let you know the availability of the site, or recommend an alternative if your first choice venue is not feasible.

Rhythm and Sound: A Taste of South Asia
Saturday 17th August 14.00 – 18.00, Lampton Park TW3 4LD
Free to attend, no tickets required.
A brand new programme from Hounslow Council to display the rhythms and sounds of our local talent! Set to take place during South Asian Heritage month, our first Rhythm and Sound event will showcase our South Asian performers within the borough, all coming together with food providers, entrepreneurs and activities! Beach’s funfair will also be in attendance to celebrate the day!
Hounslow’s Super Sports Day
Saturday 24th August 11.00 – 16.00, Heston Park TW5 0LG
Free to attend, no tickets required.
This event will be a fun filled day of all things sporty! Take part in games and activities, meet local health and fitness providers and enter some retro races to keep the competitive spirit! Healthy refreshments will also be available – join us and help get Hounslow fit!
