Thriving Communities Fund 2022 - 2023

Revenue Round Two (December 2022)

Hounslow Council's Community Partnerships Unit has provided £273,782.50 from the Thriving Communities Fund to 14 voluntary and community groups to deliver projects supporting these Council priorities:

  • A Greener Hounslow
  • A Healthier Hounslow
  • A Cleaner Hounslow
  • A Thriving Hounslow
  • A Safer Hounslow
  • A Liveable Hounslow
  • Change West London:
    This funding is so important to support our young people in the borough via film making and volunteering. We are so proud to be working with Hounslow Council and to be funded by TCF”

Grants from the Hounslow Borough Based Partnership

Working in partnership with the Hounslow Borough Based Partnership the Council has awarded £70k to 5 voluntary and community groups to help them to deliver projects supporting:

  • Dementia
  • Diabetes
  • Children and young people’s mental health
  • Falls
  • Intermediate care
  • Population health management

Revenue Round One (July 2022)

The Council's Community Partnerships Unit has provided £273,051.20 from the Thriving Communities Fund to 19 voluntary and community groups to help them deliver projects supporting:

  • Young people and families
  • Bringing people together
  • Supporting carers
  • Supporting LGBT+ communities
  • Hounslow Housing tenants

Thriving Communities Fund: Capital

£322k has been awarded to 8 projects across the borough that support:

  • Community buildings
  • Improving green infrastructure and spaces for recreation
  • Place shaping and identity
  • Friends of Whitton Dene Open Space
    Having this funding from TCF and working in partnership with the Council's Parks Team will really benefit the community. We will change the space to support local residents with their health and wellbeing and bring people together”
