Thriving Communities Fund 2023 - 2024

Revenue Round Two (Decemeber 2023)

Hounslow Council's Community Partnerships Unit has provided £312, 985.50  from the Thriving Communities Fund to 13 voluntary and community groups to deliver projects supporting these Council priorities:

  • A Greener Hounslow
  • A Healthier Hounslow
  • A Thriving Hounslow
  • A Safer Hounslow
  • A Liveable Hounslow

Rise & Thrive:

 “We know from the success of our youth clubs in Feltham and Hanworth that there is a need for these services amongst young people and their families due to the high demand.  This funding will ensure we can provide some exciting new projects and bring more services to our community.”

 Capture Minds:

 "We are honoured to receive Thriving Community funding from Hounslow Council. This support is testament to the long-standing support of our local authority as well as our dedication to educating and empowering the residents in Isleworth. This opportunity enables us to expand our impactful programmes and continue our mission to nurture young minds and improve community well-being. "

Hounslow Council's Community Partnerships Unit has provided £327, 128.70 from the Thriving Communities Fund to 15 voluntary and community groups to deliver projects supporting these Council priorities

  • Home Start:

"The funding from TCF will have such a positive impact on our Hounslow families"

  • RollaDome Skate:

"It is great to be part of Hounslow and to have our project supporting so many young people"

Thriving Communities Fund: Capital 2023/24

£456,553.06 has been awarded to 9 projects across the borough that support:

  • Community buildings
  • Improving green infrastructure and spaces for recreation
  • Place shaping and identity
  • Health Means Wealth
    Having the TCF awarded to our community allotment project will help so many of our users and the community improve their health and well being by making new freindships, taking part in the alloment, being outdoors and having the chance to taste and use food grown in the allotment. The funding will also support with the allotment to become more accessible to the community with new paths and an accessible toilet.
