Reasons for exclusions
Hounslow received one blank submission. The provider did not respond to queries or resubmit the data despite attempts to re-engage them.
There were two submissions with errors which led to multiple outliers in those providers data. Both submissions included non-Hounslow data in the same submission. This, significantly skewed back-office costs, service user numbers and CQC registration costs which were generated by the tool. Attempts to reengage the providers did not resolve the submissions and the data was deemed too inaccurate to include.
