People aged 60+

If you are aged 60 or over and seeking asylum in Hounslow, support is available to help with your health, wellbeing, and daily living needs. This includes help from Adult Social Care, which can provide assistance at home or in the community for you or your carer.

Travel passes

You might be eligible for free or discounted travel through one of the following schemes:

Falls prevention

If you are worried about falling, speak to your GP. They may refer you to the Hounslow Falls Prevention and Bone Health for an assessment. You can also contact the service directly.

Other organisations offering support

Age UK Hounslow

Age UK Hounslow offer a range of services including information and advice, befriending, computer classes, and some free activities such as bingo, joint movement workshops, singing, and art & craft. There are no extra charges for the activities which take place daily. Most activities do not require any booking in advance.
