If you’re a family with young children seeking asylum in Hounslow, there are local services designed to support you and your child’s health, development, and wellbeing. These include Family Hubs and Children’s Centres offering practical help, parenting support, early learning, and community activities.

Hounslow's Family Hubs

Family Hubs are welcoming places for babies, children, young people, parents, and carers. They provide support with:

  • Parenting advice
  • Infant feeding
  • Early language development
  • Perinatal mental health

There are three Family Hubs in Hounslow, located in Brentford, Lampton, and Feltham.

Hounslow Children’s Centres (under 5 years)

Children’s Centres offer activities and services to support families with children under 5, including:

  • Healthy lifestyle advice
  • Parenting groups and courses
  • Support for returning to work

You need to register when you visit a Children’s Centre for the first time. After registering, you can visit any centre.
