Planning and building

The Council’s planning department is managing to work remotely currently, whilst planning decisions are still being made. 

The pre-application service is also continuing. Your case officer will be in touch if there is a need for a meeting and how this will go ahead. It is likely that this will be via telecommunication applications such as Skype. At this time there is likely to be a delay in the validation of any paper copies of any documentation. We request that all applications are submitted to us electronically.

We also ask that comments on planning applications are submitted on line or by email to planning@hounslow.gov.uk.

Please submit samples of materials electronically either by photo and/or the supplier brochure. The details of which samples you are proposing to use must be made very clear on the information you supply.

Larger Homes Single Storey Rear Extensions (Prior Approval)

For all applications received on or after Monday 19 August 2019, an application fee of £96 is payable*

Once the Council receives your application we will send you a request for payment with a reference number that you must quote when paying. Payment by credit/debit card (excluding American Express) can be made through the link above.
