Thank you for your interest in Children’s Services in Hounslow. I am delighted to be able to share with you what makes me incredibly proud to lead such a talented and committed workforce who are making a real difference to the lives of children and young people in the borough.
In coming to Hounslow, you would be joining an organisation where everybody counts, is valued and has a contribution to make. In Hounslow, we have a big emphasis on learning and development which is intrinsic to everything we do. We are proud of our strong ASYE programme which receives good feedback from participants. We are also part of the West London Step Up to Social Work programme and Teaching Partnership.

In November 2018, Ofsted rated the overall effectiveness of Hounslow’s Children’s Service as Good. HMIP also judged the Youth Offending Service to be Good across all domains with some outstanding features.
