Parking and traffic enforcement Christmas schedule

The four tables below set out the Council's enforcement schedules for parking and moving traffic controls over the Christmas and New Year period 2025/26.  Please remember to park and drive with care and consideration for your neighbours and other road users during the festive season.

Controlled Parking Zones and pay to park bays (including council car parks):

This includes permit bays and single yellow lines which form part of a CPZ, meaning that the lines are active for the times indicated on the large entry boards, but does not include single yellow lines which have their own yellow time plates/signs.

Chiswick House and Gardens car park operates normal charges and hours of operation on all dates.

Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day) 

 No enforcement of resident or shared use bays. Please ensure that you park considerately. No pay to park (what used to be called pay and display) charges. 

Friday 26 December (Boxing Day) 

 No enforcement of resident or shared use bays (except for Hounslow Heath CPZ). Please ensure that you park considerately. No pay to park (what used to be called pay and display) charges.

On-Street non-Controlled Parking Zone enforcement: 

Includes (but is not limited to) restrictions like footway parking, pedestrian and vehicular dropped kerbs, double parking, bus stops, single yellow lines which have their own signs and load bans (yellow kerb stripes) as well as double yellow lines.
