If you are a Council tenant or leaseholder, there are lots of opportunities to help us deliver better housing management services and to make a difference to your neighbourhood.
You can:
- Join a Tenants Resident Associations (TRA) or start a new TRA in your area as long as other residents on your estate also are also interested in doing so and there is not an existing TRA in your patch.
- Become an Estate Improvement Monitor
- Join an Action Group to monitor service areas
- Become a Communications Ambassador
- Be part of a diverse and representative pool of residents giving feedback
- Join the Housing Strategy Group
