One You Hounslow  

Offers health and wellbeing support and advice. Including counselling services if you are experiencing anxiety, stress, struggle sleeping, and low mood. To find out more about their services visit here.  

Refugee Council  

Ukrainian Therapeutic Services offer up to twelve weeks of one-to-one counselling sessions online or face to face, crisis intervention to reduce distress, psychological group sessions and peer support for women lone parenting and rebuilding their lives in the UK. To access this service you can self-refer by completing the referral form here.  

Home Start  

Compassionate, confidential support to families where parents are experiencing emotional health difficulties, life feels unstable due to several reasons, and parents would like help. Sessions include family group sessions and parents supporting parents. To get in touch visit here.  

Hounslow Safe Space  

Safe Space Helpline Hounslow is a specialised mental health support helpline for those 18+ in Hounslow, delivered by Mind. The helpline is open from 11am-11pm, 365 days a year by calling 020 3475 5185. 

Safe Space also offers a local hub for anyone who feels they are nearing crisis point. You can either complete and return a referral form, call, email, or drop-in to the Safe Space between 6pm-8pm 7 days a week or book an appointment. Contact details are here.
