Hounslow Falls Prevention and Bone Health Service	If you are worried about falling, please visit your GP. Your GP may refer you to the Falls Prevention Clinic for a more detailed assessment. You can also call them and discuss concerns or refer yourself to the Hounslow Falls Prevention and Bone Health Service. Age UK Hounslow	Age UK Hounslow offer a range of services including information and advice, befriending, computer classes, and some free activities such as bingo, joint movement workshops, singing, and art & craft. There are no extra charges for the activities which take place daily. Most activities do not require any booking in advance.
