Hounslow Falls Prevention and Bone Health Service |
If you are worried about falling, please visit your GP. Your GP may refer you to the Falls Prevention Clinic for a more detailed assessment. You can also call them and discuss concerns or refer yourself to the Hounslow Falls Prevention and Bone Health Service.
