Hounslow Wellbeing Network (West London NHS Trust) 

A community dedicated to improving mental and physical wellbeing.

They connect people, organisations, and services to address challenges such as social isolation, loneliness, depression, and anxiety. They run many events and activities.

NHS CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services)

Call CAMHS helpline if you're a child or young person and you're worried about your mental health.

Parents and carers can also call the helpline if they're concerned about their child’s mental health.

You can call them for free.

Weekends and bank holidays from 12pm to 8pm. 

Outside these hours, crisis calls will be passed to an out of hours CAMHS professional. If they're not available to talk straight away, you can arrange a call back.

EACH Counselling

 

EACH offer counselling for people aged 18+ and from ethnic minority backgrounds who live in Hounslow.

They work with people who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and poor mental health.

NAZ

 

NAZ is a sexual health charity working to address sexual health inequalities in Black, Brown and Global Majority and LGBTQ+ communities. 

They provide:

Drug and Alcohol advice

Hounslow ARC is a free and confidential service that helps people break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as alcohol addiction. Any health or social care professional can make a referral on your behalf. You can also self-refer by phone or completing the form here
