Five Ways to Wellbeing 2025

The Five Ways to Wellbeing are five simple steps you can take to feel better. You may already do some of these things, but by finding time in your day for all five, the benefits are much increased.

For five weeks from 3 November, we’ll be focusing on one of the five ways per week, and letting you know about local services and opportunities that will help you to connect with the week’s theme.

Read on for more information about each week.
