How to get involved

Love our parks?

Hounslow’s parks and open spaces are designed with residents in mind, they are maintained and improved to ensure anyone can access a green oasis in an urban environment.

There are many ways our residents and park users can get involved:

Volunteering in Parks

The Lampton Services Countryside team has collaborated with the Parks team to expand their volunteering sessions and create 6 new sessions in our Parks for residents and local users to get involved with, for free!

  • Bridge House Pond: Every Wednesday 1pm to 3pm plus weekend sessions on the last Saturday of every month.
  • Jersey Gardens: Every Thursday 10am  to 12pm plus weekend sessions on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
  • Lampton Park: Every Thursday 2pm to 4pm plus weekend sessions every 1st Sunday of every month,
  • Northcote Nature Reserve: Every Friday 2pm to 4pm plus weekend sessions every 2nd Sunday of every month.
  • Feltham Arenas Parklands: Every Saturday 2pm to 4pm where sessions will be held across all parts of the arenas.
  • Hanworth Air Park: Every Sunday 2pm to 4pm

Pevensey Road Green Gym Rangers

A community group offering practical conservation activities with Hounslow Rangers

Mondays: Pevensey Road Nature Reserve 10:45am to 2pm
