Health Outreach Team
Hounslow’s Health Outreach Team (HOT) is a community-based service that provides residents with information on local health and wellbeing support services.
The team also offers:
- blood pressure checks
- Body Mass Index (BMI) checks
- Advice on health concerns, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stop smoking services, mental health service plus much more.
Residents can visit the Health Outreach Team at:
- Treaty Centre, Unit 18, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1ES.
Opening times are:
- Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday
The HOT bus is regularly out and about at venues across Hounslow. Residents can just pop down to any of the below locations to have a blood pressure check, discuss health concerns or receive the flu and COVID-19 vaccines. There is no need to book an appointment, just turn up on the day.

- Friday 27 February – Barclays Bank, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 10am to 1pm
- Saturday 28th February – Chiswick Sainsbury – 10am to 4pm
- Wednesday 4 March – Treaty Centre Health Outreach Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
- Thursday 5 March – Brentford High Street (opposite Morrisons) – 2pm to 5pm
- Friday 6 March – Brentford Library – 10am to 2pm
- Saturday 7 March – Treaty Centre Health Outreach Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
- Sunday 8 March – Ghana Independence Day, Men's Health St Francis Of Assisi Church Hall, Great West Road, TW7 5PD – 2pm to 5pm
- Tuesday 10 March – Meadowbank Community Hub / Library – 1pm to 4pm
- Thursday 12 March – Treaty Centre Health Outreach Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm

- Saturday 21 March – Swimathon Event, Lampton Leisure centre Isleworth – 10.30am to 5pm
The Health Outreach Team also works closely with a variety of NHS services such as sexual health, social prescribing, and the councils Healthy Hounslow service.
