Health Outreach Team
Hounslow’s Health Outreach Team (HOT) is a community-based service that provides residents with information on local health and wellbeing support services.
The team also offers:
- blood pressure checks
- Body Mass Index (BMI) checks
- Advice on health concerns, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stop smoking services, mental health service plus much more.
Residents can visit the Health Outreach Team at:
- Treaty Centre, Unit 18, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1ES.
Opening times are:
- Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday
The HOT bus is regularly out and about at venues across Hounslow. Residents can just pop down to any of the below locations to have a blood pressure check, discuss health concerns or receive the flu and COVID-19 vaccines. There is no need to book an appointment, just turn up on the day.
The Health Outreach Team will be at the following locations on the following dates:
- Thursday, 18 December – Winter Vaccination Flu and Covid - Hanworth Leisure centre – 10am to 4pm
- Friday, 19 December – Trinity Centre Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
- Friday, 2 January – Trinity Centre Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
- Saturday, 3 January – Trinity Centre Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday, 7 January – West Middlesex Hospital – 10am to 4pm
- Saturday, 10 January – Trinity Centre Shop, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1ES – 9am to 5pm
The Health Outreach Team also works closely with a variety of NHS services such as sexual health, social prescribing, and the councils Healthy Hounslow service.
Stay safe this winter
Our team will be working with a local pharmacy this winter to provide Flu and Covid vaccinations around the Borough. If you are planning to get your winter vaccines, then you can come and see the team at the locations below. You can check eligibility via Winter vaccinations and winter health - NHS.
