One Hounslow Community Stars recognises residents, groups, organisations, and businesses who have gone beyond for the community.
This form is to nominate an individual or organisation as a One Hounslow Community Star.

Please note we can only accept submissions for people and organisations based in the London Borough of Hounslow.
You will need to provide:
- The name and contact details of the person or organisation you are nominating
- Why your nominee should win (300 words maximum)
The form will time out after 20 minutes, so you may wish to prepare the reasons for the nomination before starting and copy your text into the form.
This form can be submitted in any language.
We will be accepting submissions until the 2nd of June 2023.
