Hounslow Community Transport (HCT) is a charity that provides the following services:
Minibus hire
Provides safe, accessible and affordable transport to community and all ethnic groups in the borough.
HCT makes a meaningful contribution to reducing social exclusion and increasing access across Hounslow and places beyond that residents of Hounslow wish to visit.
All minibuses in the fleet are wheelchair accessible.

Shopmobility
Shopmobility is a service that hires out battery-powered scooters, power chairs and manual wheelchairs to enable people to independently do their shopping and make visits in central Hounslow.
It is based in the Blenheim Centre in the underground car park below Asda. The service provides full training on how to operate mobility scooters.

MiDAS
The Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) is accredited training to individuals and organisations that improves the competency of minibus drivers, providing a nationally-recognised standard.
HCT provides affordable MiDAS traning for people providing trips taken by Hounslow residents, either with:
- HCT vehicles
- similar vehicles provided for hire by other organisations,
- their own vehicles
