Monitoring our delivery

We will instigate a robust performance monitoring framework to ensure delivery of the Strategy’s plans and actions, as targeted and overseen by the Lead Member for Housing at the monthly Housing Delivery Group meetings. Formal quarterly updates on the delivery of the housing strategy will be submitted to these meetings, to include amongst other information:

  • KPIs and monthly performance monitoring;
  • Business as usual vs programmes;
  • Quarterly Review, output and outcome reporting; ;
  • Annual updates to Council Leadership Team and Cabinet; and
  • Performance and delivery information published online for tenants and residents.

Annual Housing Strategy activity programme report to Council Leadership Team and Cabinet
Progress report to Council Cabinet at least every 2 years
 
Housing Strategy implementation plan delivery
Publish Council landlord performance, including Tenant Satisfaction Measures, online
Performance measures published in arrears, no later than 3 months after the end of the performance year
 
Tenant Satisfaction Measures and supplementary KPIs
