Some schools (such as faith schools) require you to complete their supplementary information form (SIF) as well as the main application you make to us.
You need a SIF directly to the school. We will not bear any responsibility for a SIF form submitted directly to us.
SIF forms are available to download from the admissions section on the school websites.
