Feltham masterplan 2026
Feltham Masterplan 2026 forms a core component of the Future Feltham Investment Framework (FFIF) which was approved by Hounslow Cabinet on 16 December 2025.
Building on the foundations of the 2017 Feltham Masterplan and 2021 Town Centre Vision and responding to the ambitions set out in Opportunity Hounslow: Our Business Case for Growth, where Feltham sits at the heart of the Place agenda. The Feltham Masterplan Refresh is not a statutory planning document, but it is designed to support and align with both adopted and emerging planning policies.
It presents a long‑term vision to guide the town’s evolution over the next 15+ years, supporting the borough’s wider Hounslow’s Vision 2050 ambitions.

The Phase 1 Accelerator Opportunities are identified within the Masterplan Refresh alongside key infrastructure interventions that will deliver the Council’s ambitions for Feltham including approximately:
- 3,000 new homes
- 9,200 jobs across commercial, creative and skills sectors
- 25,000m2 of new commercial space
- New community, leisure and green spaces
- Enhanced connectivity and public realm improvements
Community Engagement
In Summer 2025, we carried out a programme of online and in person engagement under the banner Future Feltham to gather views on the draft Feltham Masterplan and wider perceptions of the area. Key elements of the draft were shared through our Let’s Talk online hub and at an exhibition in Feltham Library. Findings from this engagement which involved around 460 participants including residents, community groups, businesses, and Ward Councillors are summarised in the Engagement report. Alongside community engagement, we have maintained positive dialogue with strategic partners and major landowners to shape priorities for the Future Feltham Investment Framework.
