The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) provides information on the extent to which planning policies are being successfully achieved and monitors the performance of the Local Plan. The results are then published as required by the Localism Act 2011.
This includes statistics about house building and affordable housing; open space changes; retail and employment delivery.
