Notice of intention to dispose of open space land
Local Government Act 1972, Section 123(2A)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow (‘the Council’) proposes to dispose of area of land which consists or forms part of an area deemed as open space.
The area of land to be disposed of, by way of lease for a term of 999 years for residential development is situated at the former Crane Community Centre off Nene Gardens, Hounslow, being land registered under Title Numbers AGL171808 and part of MX243159 at HM Land Registry.
A map showing the area is included below and will be available to inspect at the Council's Offices at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow TW3 3EB between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am to 4:45pm, and is available on the Council's website.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Council, stating the grounds for objection no later than 4pm on 9 February 2026 and addressed to Director of Asset Strategy, London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow TW3 3EB or by email to Affordable.Housing@hounslow.gov.uk
