We have opened a number of Family Hubs across Hounslow, to make it easier for families to access and use a wide range of important services. The Family Hubs are for families with children aged 0-19, or up to 25 years of age if they have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The services include midwifery, health visiting, and children’s centre services, and more streamlined access to other services such as housing support. We also hope families will use the hubs as a place to visit and spend time with other people from around the borough.

A key aim of the hubs is to support parents to develop good relations both with their children and the people delivering the services and help families get the help they need, when they need it.

We are committed to creating thriving, greener, safer, and healthier places for our communities to live, play, work, and study and these hubs are part of our commitment to deliver services to our residents and communities closer to home, in a time and place that is convenient to them.
