Last week, Hounslow Council opened a number of offices in estates across the borough.

To assist residents with housing queries, the offices will include Tenancy Officers, Estate Improvement Officers, Estate Enforcement Officers, Tenancy Sustainment Officers and Income Officers.
The offices will be open from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you cannot come at this time, one of our officers would be happy to arrange an appointment at your home at a convenient time.
Councillor Sue Sampson, Cabinet Member for Housing Management and Homelessness, said:
“The new estate offices are part of the Council’s £300 million investment in estates across Hounslow.
“We want to create more opportunities for local people to contribute to decision making locally and this is just one example of how residents will be actively involved in shaping our services.”
*A partial service is currently available on the Ivybridge Estate pending completion later this month.
