The Council Leader, Councillor Shantanu Rajawat, said,

Over the next four years, we will continue to deliver for our residents: improving the services that matter to them, investing in our communities and ensuring we deliver value for money on all services.

I am ambitious and excited for Hounslow’s future: whether that is delivering thousands of new homes at a former MoD site in Feltham or transforming Brentford Leisure Centre, we have so many plans in the pipeline that will deliver long-term benefits for Hounslow residents.

I have always stressed the importance of engaging with local residents and I will continue to work closely with communities across the borough to ensure we secure the best future for Hounslow.

The Cabinet were formally appointed to their roles at the annual meeting of the Council on Tuesday 26 May.

The first Cabinet Meeting of the new administration will take place in July and will outline the Council’s priorities for the next four years.
