Families in Hounslow are invited to a free Healthier Together community event taking place at Logic Studio School in Feltham from 2.30pm to 5pm on Friday, 13 March.
The event, supported by the NHS, Hounslow Council and local partners, is designed for families with children aged 0–18 and expectant parents. It will offer practical advice, demonstrations, and fun activities to help everyone feel more confident about their family’s health and wellbeing.
Visitors will have the chance to:
Learn life-saving skills such as managing choking and CPR in children
- Take part in taster activity sessions and live food preparation demos
- Meet local neo-natal and Maternity Voices representatives
- Access mental health support and advice
- Get a blood pressure check or a full NHS Health Check
- Speak to nurses about childhood vaccinations
- Try the smoothie bike and make a healthy drink while you ride!
- Explore activity and swimming lesson offers for children and young people
- Enjoy health quizzes and prizes throughout the afternoon, and more
Healthier Together is all about bringing local health, social care, and community teams together to make it easier for families to get the right support, at the right time.
