Some Hounslow properties are currently affected by an issue at Hampton Water Treatment Works.

In an update at 21.30 on 19 November, Thames Water said they are continuing to carry out essential work and testing on the Hampton Water Treatment Works and now water is beginning to feed the network of pipes again.

They are working towards returning the site to full service as soon as possible, with supplies gradually improving as pressure in the pipe network builds.

Thames Water have apologised for any inconvenience and thanked customers for their continued patenience while they work to fully restore water supplies. They have said they will share another update by 07:30 on Thursday morning (20 November).

If you or someone you know requires extra support, please see Thames Water's Priority Services Register.

Update 20 November: Water treatment works recovery has remained stable with no customer impact this morning according to Thames Water. No further updates are expected, but if you do notice any impacts please contact Thames Water directly.
