The historic Chiswick House and Gardens will host the Council’s next Cabinet Question Time where residents can ask the questions which matter to them.
The event on Wednesday 17 September will be chaired by Xanthe Arvanitakis, the Director of Chiswick House and Gardens Trust. Fielding the questions, which can be asked on the night or submitted in advance, will be the Council Leader and his Cabinet Members.
Councillor Shantanu Rajawat, Leader of Hounslow Council, said:
“We are delighted to be holding our next Cabinet Question Time at such a stunning location enjoyed by so many Hounslow residents.
“We’re committed to being a listening council and really value hearing first-hand from residents about the issues which matter to them, and hopefully being able to provide the answers. This is an opportunity for residents to help us improve how we do things and the services they receive.”
Xanthe Arvanitakis, Director of Chiswick House and Gardens Trust, said:
“We are proud to host and chair Cabinet Question Time at Chiswick House and Gardens and invite residents to join us with their questions. Since joining the Trust in 2020, my focus has been on increasing its social and community impact.
“As we expand our resources with the development of our new Community and Creative Campus, we hope to offer even more opportunities to Hounslow residents to connect with each other, learn new skills and enrich their lives. Over the years I have been invited to chair a range of events from meetings to panel discussions and look forward to chairing my first Cabinet Question Time.”
