Ceremonies at Feltham Lodge

We are delighted you have chosen Feltham Lodge for your ceremony.

Feltham Lodge is a beautiful restored Victorian House.

All the rooms in the Victorian building have been completely refurbished whilst retaining many original features.

Book your ceremony

Whether your choice is for a small intimate wedding ceremony or a much larger celebration, couples will have the choice of three different ceremony rooms:

The Garden room

The Garden Room at Feltham Lodge is our principal ceremony room, opening onto an original Victorian tiled and wrought-iron veranda with exclusive access to the lawned garden.

The room can accommodate up to 30 guests and is available for ceremonies on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Your ceremony can be personalised to reflect your wishes and may include:

• walking down the aisle
• personalised music
• one reading
• the exchange of rings
• personal vows

From May to September, you may also choose to hold your ceremony outdoors in the garden, weather permitting.

The Jasmine room

The Jasmine room at Feltham Lodge can accommodate 10 guests. This room is only available on Mondays.

Your ceremony can be personalised to reflect your wishes and may include:

• walking down the aisle
• personalised music
• the exchange of rings

Statutory Room

The statutory ceremony room accommodates the couple, two witnesses and two adult guests only. These ceremonies are very basic with no enhancements. They are conducted in an room on the first floor. There is no lift.

These ceremonies are very popular and there is a long wait for ceremony dates.

You must have given your legal notice of marriage or civil partnership before you book this ceremony.

Please inform the registrar when giving your notice or civil partnership to record 'Hounslow Register Office' on your paperwork.

Fees

You may provisionally book your ceremony before you give a notice of marriage or civil partnership.

You can book and pay for your ceremony online.

However, the online booking facility is not available for the statutory room. You can book this room by sending an email with your names and contact number to registeroffice@hounslow.gov.uk.  You must have given your notice of marriage or civil partnership before booking a date and time for the statutory room.  This service is available on Wednesday mornings only.

If you are giving notice of marriage or civil partnership at Hounslow, you can book the ceremony date and time can be booked at the time of your notice appointment, if you haven't booked it before. We will also require the fee for the room you wish to use to be paid at this time.

If you are giving notice in a different district, you will need to book the date, time and pay the fee for your chosen room online. You can book your ceremony for the Garden or Jasmine Room at Feltham Lodge or the attendance of registrars at any one of the approved venues in the borough, online! Its a simple form to complete and you pay at the same time.

If you have not decided on a date for your ceremony at Feltham Lodge, you can be booked later after you have given your notice. Your notice of marriage is valid for one year. 

 

We hold marriage, civil partnership and reaffirmation ceremonies on Mondays, Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays.

The statutory room is only available on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am,10am,10.30am and 11am.

On Saturdays we hold ceremonies between 10.15am and 1.15pm.
