Find a venue for your marriage or civil partnership ceremony

A marriage or civil partnership ceremony can take place at licensed venues in the borough.

How to book

The Register Office manages ceremonies at Feltham Lodge. When you book Feltham Lodge, you book the venue and the registrar.

For other licensed venues, you need to check the venue's availability and the availability of a registrar separately. You should:

1. Contact the venue to check availability and cost
2. Make a provisional booking with the venue
3. Contact us to book a registrar for the ceremony

You can also check the availability of a registrar to attend your venue in the booking form.

Ceremony times are usually 11.30am and 3.30pm. However, we can accommodate earlier morning and later afternoon ceremonies.

Fees

There is a fee for the registrar and a fee for the venue.

We set the fees for ceremonies at Feltham Lodge. All other venues set their own fees for hire.

For ceremonies at Feltham Lodge, the booking form shows a combined fee for the venue and the registrar.

Discuss your ceremony

If you would like to meet with the registrar to discuss your ceremony, you can contact us to arrange this once we have received your completed questionnaire and legal paperwork.
