Making a payment
Applicants must pay the full PPA fee in total prior to the first meeting. The cost of any additional meeting(s) must be paid in full prior to that meeting taking place.
Notes: References to floor areas apply to changes of use. Charges for developments not described shall be determined by the Local Planning Authority, having regard to the character and description of the proposal. Please note fees paid are not refundable once a request has been processed and a meeting arranged.
