This includes new and existing domestic and non-domestic buildings which are being modified, altered or extended. The regulations cover issues of health and safety and access in and around buildings, but also issues of sustainability, including heat-loss and water consumption.

We are currently unable to provide searches for dates after 3 May 2024 due to an issue with our system. We are working to resolve this and apologise for any inconvenience.
Also, while we transition to a new IT system, we are experiencing delays in the processing of forms.
