Community Solutions and Hounslow Connect

Community Solutions is a new way for the Council to respond early to the needs of local people.
With the support and expertise of local voluntary and community groups, Community Solutions provides a range of resources and activities for residents in places that are suitable for you.

As part of the Council's Community Solutions approach, we have developed Hounslow Connect, an online platform that brings together information about the services provided by Hounslow Council, our voluntary and community groups and our health partners, so that you can easily find what is right for you, when and where you need it.

We are inviting the borough’s charities, voluntary and community groups to register onto Hounslow Connect, so everyone can see what you are providing and how to contact you.
This is free of charge and you will have your own personalised page on the platform, which you can edit and change whenever you want.
