Hounslow Connect, is a website that brings together information about services and support available in your local area.
You can use it to find out about your nearest Community Hub, as well as find out about services and support available from hundreds of voluntary and community groups, charities and health partners.
If you work for a voluntary and community group, you can register on Hounslow Connect, so everyone can find out about your services and how to contact you.
This is free of charge and you will have your organisation will have its own personalised page on the platform, which you can edit and change whenever you want.
