Changes to School Capital Maintenance Programme 2023-24 and 2024-25 Budget Forecasts and Allocations 1. To approve the allocation of £80,000 to be funded from the schools capital maintenance contingency budget for an urgent boiler and control upgrade at Lindon Bennett School, the addition of this project to the schools capital maintenance programme and the associated budget virements as set out in Table 1 in Appendix A. 2. To approve budget virements with a total value of £438,000 to the school capital maintenance programme contingency from the approved budgets for schemes listed in Table 2 in Appendix A and the reasons set out in the report. 3. To approve the rephasing of the school capital maintenance programme contingency by reprofilng £1,200,000 from 2025-26 and £2,000,000 from 2026-27 (totalling £2,200,000) to 2024-25, to fund the proposed budget increases outlined in Table 3 in Appendix A. 4. To approve budget virements totalling £3,348,000 from the school capital maintenance contingency to increase the budget allocations for the projects listed in Tables 3 and 4 of Appendix A and the associated budget virements for the reasons set out in the report. |
