A Good Thing

A Good Thing is a matchmaking platform which links local charities with nearby businesses that have things to give away, diverting items from landfill and encouraging reuse. This could be furniture, IT equipment, branded merchandise or surplus products.

  • Charities do amazing work with limited resources. Your business can help simply by giving away the things you no longer need.
  • They make it easy for you to donate unwanted items to local charities, soless goes to landfill and more goes to a good cause.
  • The simple-to-use app or website makes donating super simple. You say what you have, where you are and what timeframe you’re working to – they then do the matchmaking!

Doing A Good Thing is a great and easy way to divert waste, encourage reuse and support local charities!

Local businesses and charities can sign up online.
