Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) email update - 22 December 2023
On Friday 1 December 2023, the council moved to a NEW parking contractor, which means that the email address for sending PCN challenges/representations has changed to hounslow.challenges@nsl.co.uk
Please note: Emails sent to the previous email address - hounslow.challenges@serco.com - are being forwarded to the new email address.
However we are aware that some of you are receiving ‘email not delivered’ messages when emails are being sent.
We would advise that you forward your challenges/representations to hounslow.challenges@nsl.co.uk to ensure that you receive confirmation we have received them.
