Xplorer Challenge (Orienteering)
Xplorer is a family friendly fun navigation challenge that is educational and gives children a sense of adventure as they explore the park to find the markers.

Outdoor gyms
At each outdoor gym you will find a range of different equipment. Gyms are available at the following Parks; Hanworth Park, Beaversfield Park, Redlees Park, Thornbury Park, Osterley Sports and Athletics Centre, Feltham Park, Carville Hall North and Southville Park, Avenue Park, Crane Park, Boston Manor and Heston Park. Further advice on how to use the new equipment is available via instructional videos on the equipment.
Green gyms
Join us at Pevensey Road, Hounslow Health or Isleworth and help us improve local green space and get fit at the same time.

Parkrun
Join over 800 parkrun enthusiasts each week. The free 5k run takes place at 9am every Saturday at Gunnersbury , Osterley Park, Hanworth Park, Bedfont Lakes, Crane Park. To find your nearest Parkrun, visit the Parkrun website.
Junior parkrun
Our Junior parkruns are for 4-11year olds and takes place on Sundays at 9am in Hanworth Park and Osterley Park.
