
The Hounslow Family Information Service (FIS) is an information and signposting service for parents, carers, young people and professionals who are looking for local support and services for children aged 0-19 years.
The FIS also manage the Hounslow’s Family Services Directory (FSD), an online directory where you can find local information and services for parents of children aged 0-19.
What we offer
- Start for life: For babies from conception to 2 years
- Childcare and Early Years Education: Ofsted registered childcare and help towards childcare costs
- Children’s Centres: Activities and support for families with children aged 0 to 5 years
- Family Hubs: Connecting families with children aged 0-19 or up to 25 with SEND (Special Education, Needs and Disabilities) to a range of services that can address their needs at the earliest opportunity
- Parenting classes and support groups
- Information for young people aged 11-19
- Activities and things to do: Find stay and plays, youth clubs and holiday activities
- Holiday Activities and Food Programme: Free holiday provision, including healthy food and activities, to eligible children and young people during the school holidays
