Round 4 of the Community Energy Fund will close on the 9th of December 2025.
Please read all HCEF webpages and project support documents before applying, see below. If you have any questions or would like to speak to an officer about a potential project, please contact environmental.strategy@hounslow.gov.uk.
Application process
To apply, please complete the application form below and email it to environmental.strategy@hounslow.gov.uk.
We recommend starting early to ensure enough time to gather quotes from contractors, estimate carbon and energy savings, collect project details, and demonstrate plans to engage with the wider community and build social cohesion. A three-month application window allows time for this preparatory work.
