Hounslow Connexions provides careers information, advice and guidance to young people who need help getting into education, employment or training.
The service supports:
- all residents aged 16 to 18 who are not currently in education, training or employment
- care experienced young people aged 16 to 21
- young people aged 16-25 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
How we can support you
You can meet with us in person, online or on the phone.
We can:
- help you explore career pathways
- provide information and advice on education and training courses, job opportunities and apprenticeships
- support you with applications and interviews
