The best way to send a compliment is by using our online form below. This makes sure your feedback reaches the right team and is recorded properly.
Please avoid sending compliments to general service email inboxes, as these may not be recorded or shared in the correct way.
Once you have completed the form, we’ll send you an acknowledgement to confirm we’ve received your compliment.
