Refunds for Council Tax account in joint-names
If your Council Tax account is in joint names (more than one name on the Council Tax bill) and you have paid your Council Tax by Direct Debit, we will refund the credit to the bank account Council Tax was paid from. Complete the refund request form using the button below and we will automatically process the refund.
If you paid your Council Tax by any other method or want us to refund to a different bank account, we need written permission from the other liable parties on the bill.
Please note: refunds can take up to 10 working days once we receive permission from all liable parties.
