Make sure you're a Hounslow resident

This is usually decided by where you live.
You can check which council area you live in. If it's in the London Borough of Hounslow, it's us you need to contact.
How to request support
To request support, you first need to complete a short enquiry form.
Once you submit the form, our First Contact Team will review the information and decide the most appropriate next step.
This may include:
- giving you information or signposting you to other services
- asking you for more information
- passing your case to the relevant Adult Social Care team
- arranging an assessment if this is needed
You will receive a confirmation after submitting the form. If you create an account, you can also track the progress of your request.
