Before making your application, please ensure you have the following available:
- Credit or debit card available to pay the £21 fee. (Refunds are only payable if the application relates to a premise not covered by LB of Hounslow)
- Your National Insurance Number.
- If your Temporary Event Notice relates to a licenced premises, you will need to know the licence number.
- If you currently hold a valid personal licence you will need to know the licence number and date of issue.
