This e-form is to be completed only by leaseholders who are providing their consent for the London Borough of Hounslow to change their doors to approved, fire safe, flat entrance doors.
You would have received a letter regarding fitting of compliant flat entrance doors and frames, this gives you an indication the door configuration suitable for your door and the estimate costs.
The total cost will depend on the configuration you have currently which is outlined in the letter, regardless of the option you choose we only require a deposit (non-refundable) to be paid of £250.00 upon completion of this form.
